William Emory Bauknight, Jr., 96, of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, July 22, 2018, at the Methodist Manor. He was born in Columbia, SC, a son of the late William Emory Bauknight and Ruhama MacHughes Bauknight. He is also predeceased by his wife, Louise Best Bauknight.

Mr. Bauknight was a veteran, having served in the Army Air Corp during WWII. He attended Clemson University for 3 ½ years and he was an engineer for CSX Railroad.
