Donald A. "Duke" Rosenberger Sr., 75, of Brick Church, died Friday, May 2, 2014, at his residence. He was born Jan. 6, 1939, in Confluence, a son of John and Helen Marasco Rosenberger, and was a lifelong resident of the area. He served in the Air Force for four years, drove a truck for Womeldorf Trucking for 26 years and for Barr-Nunn Trucking for eight years. Donald served as a Burrell Township supervisor for 13 years and was a member of Masonic Lodge 313, Coudersport and Valley of Oil City. He enjoyed farming and making hay. He was especially dedicated to his grandchildren. He is survived by his son, Donald Jr. "Ducky" and his wife, Carla; grandchildren, Carley and David; brothers, William, James, Harvey and Randy; and his companion, Isabell Iseman. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, John; and an infant son, David. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at MANTINI FUNERAL HOME INC., Ford City. Service will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday, in the funeral home, with the Rev. Laurie Milligan officiating. Interment will be in Ford City Cemetery.
