Mr. Waters, born in Halifax County, NC; was the son of the late Bonnie Rudoph Waters and Myrtle Keeter Waters.
He was a faithful member of New Hope United Methodist Church. He retired from Westpoint Stevens.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joanne Waters; his daughter, Michelle Rogers (Chris); grandsons, C.J. and Ethan Rogers and other family and friends.
