Doris M. Bergman, 82, of Perryville died April 28, 2007, at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville. She was born Dec. 13, 1924, in Frohna, MO, daughter of Ernst T. and Martha Vogel Kramer. She and Ralph O. Bergman were married July 29, 1945. He died Jan. 5, 2000.
Bergman was a cook for 30 years at Immanuel Lutheran School Cafeteria in Perryville.
She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and Immanuel Ladies Aid, and a volunteer at Perry County Nursing Home.
Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Modde of St. Peters, MO; a son, Jerry Bergman of Perryville, MO; two brothers, Herb Kramer of Uniontown, MO; and Roy Kramer of Shoreview, MN; three sisters, Lillian Pingel of Bella Vista, AR; Marie Wirth and Betty Meyer, both of St. Louis, MO; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Funeral is Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville, with the Rev. Christopher Cole officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. Arrangements by Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville.
