Obituary
Mrs. Susie Ann Carter Adams, affectionately known as Patricia, was born on October 4, 1955 to the late Mr. Grant Carter, Sr. and the late Mrs. Evelyn Carter in Osierfield, Georgia.
She was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church until her health began to fail.
She obtained her education from Irwin County High School in Ocilla, Georgia. She was employed for 21 years with Goldkist in Coffee County, Georgia.
Earlier in her life, she was joined in holy matrimony to Mr. Willie T. Jackson, Sr. This union was blessed with her only son, Mr. Willie T. Jackson, Jr.
For leisure, she enjoyed shopping, gardening, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, son and daughter-in-law. Mrs. Susie was known for her bright spirit and her ability to make people laugh.
In addition to her parents, Susie is also preceded in death by two sisters: Ruby Carter and Sylvia Carter and two brothers: Willie Carter and Alonza Carter.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Mr. Billy Adams; a loving son: Mr. Willie T. (Daphne) Jackson, Jr.;
five grandchildren ; three step children; three sisters; four brothers; a life time friend: Elizabeth ; a very devoted classmate and friend: Carolyn Gaskins; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other loving relatives, and many friends.
