David John Henry was born December 25, 1955 in Springfield the son of John E. and Shirley June Tucker Henry.
He is survived by his mother Shirley Henry; one sister: Grace (James) Price; one brother: Greg Henry and three nieces: Jessica Price, Jennifer Gutmann , Andrea Grunley.
He was preceded in death by his father and one brother: Danny Henry.
