Dorothy is in Greene Co nursing home in Jefferson IA 1998 ....Dorothy R. Stream, 95, of Jefferson died of a heart ailment Thursday at Greene County Long Term Care Facility there. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Brown Funeral Home in Churdan, with burial at Highland Township Cemetery there.
Mrs. Stream had lived in Churdan all her life before moving to Jefferson in 1996. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Madiline Hendricks of Jefferson; two sons, Marvin and Meredith, both of Churdan; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis.
