Formerly of Lawrenceville, on Thursday, July 5, 2018, age 88. Beloved wife of the late Regis J. Kirby; mother of Colleen A. Yarbrough (Gary), Mary Anne Kirby (Diane George), Maureen Michaela Kirby (Ricky Carter); grandmother of Erin, Emily, Scott, Matthew and Abraham; great-grandmother of Brady and Gavin; sister of Margaret Westwood (the late Harry), Melvin Audley (Marion). Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by siblings and their spouses, Matthew Audley (Bert), Larry Audley (Essie), and Virginia Deet (William). Dolores was a longtime member of the former St. Mary's Church in Lawrenceville where she served on the parish council and as a Eucharistic Minister. For many years she taught family planning for the Diocese of Pittsburgh and Planned Parenthood. Friends received on Sunday, July 8, 2018, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at McCABE BROTHERS, INC. FUNERAL HOME, 6214 Walnut Street, Shadyside, where a Funeral will commence Monday, July 9 at 10 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of the Angels Parish, St. Augustine Church at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Presbyterian Senior Care Foundation (memo: Woodside Place).
