Anthony Cordell Martin, 74, of Versailles, Mo., died My 23 at Humhreys Hospital, Tuscumbia, as the result of a heart attack. Mr. Martin was born Jan. 29, 1883, the son of the late Moses and Zylphia Martin. He was married in 1904 to Nettie Wyrick. To this union two children were born. Mrs. Martin passed away August 23, 1942. He was later married to Lucille Johnson, who survives.
He united with the church when a young man and was a member of the Ulman Christian Church at the time of death.
Funeral services were conducted at the
Christian Church in Ulman, Sunday afternoon. Burial was in the Gott Cemetery under direction of Phillips Funeral Home, Eldon.
