OBITUARY: Beaver Dam Argus, Thursday, June 24, 1926, page 7.

Herman J. Immerfall, a lifelong resident of this city and vicinity, passed away in death at his home, 211 Jackson street, at 4:45 o'clock Saturday morning, June 9th. Mr. Immerfall had attained the age of 56 years. Death followed and illness of several months and was due to cancer.

The deceased was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Immerfall and was born in the town of Westford on September 13th, 1869. On September 12th, 1899, he was united in marriage with Miss Nellie Gilmore and they moved to this city to make their home. For many years Mr. Immerfall was employed as a moulder with the Western Malleables company here.

His wife and two daughters, Florence and Verdella, both at home, survive him. Three sisters and a brother also survive him. They are Mrs. August Krekow, Mrs. Arthur Belling and Mr. George Immerfall of this city and one sister residing in Milwaukee.

Funeral services were held at St. Patrick's church at nine o'clock Tuesday morning with interment in St. Patrick's cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. Fr. A. C. Leist.

This original obit was entered when Mr. Mittelstadt still managed it. After doing some research, it is impossible that he passed on the 9th, as it was not a Saturday that year. So his date of death would be the 19th, which makes more sense, seeing how the paper published the obit just a few days later.
