FRANKLIN Agnes Akers Alderson, 86 of Franklin, died Nov. 21, 2003 at The Medical Center at Franklin.The Pikeville native was a member of State Line General Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Lee and Rene Thorpe Akers and wife of the late Reeder Alderson. She was preceded in death by her foster parents, Albert and Cora Lee; and a brother, Carlos Akers.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the State Line General Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. today and after 6 a.m. Monday at Crafton Funeral Home in Franklin.Memorial contributions may be made to State Line General Baptist Church.Survivors include three sons, Jerry Alderson and Eldon B. Alderson, both of Franklin, and Edward Alderson of Paris, Tenn.; two daughters, Jean Barber of Franklin and Linda Advants of Denom Springs, La.; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews
