William H. Baird Passes Away At 79
William Henry Baird of Jellico died at his home Monday, June 22, at the age of 79. Survivors are: four brothers, Lewis Baird of Jellico, Milford Baird of Largo, Florida, David Baird of Creekmore, Kentucky, and Hiram Baird of Pine Knot, Kentucky; and two sisters, Mrs. Mary McNeeley and Mrs. Sarah Silcox of Jellico. Funeral services were held June 24 at the Community Church of God with the Rev. Lee Willis officiating. Burial was in Douglas Cemetery. Ellison Funeral Home was in charge.
