Alice N. Talley, 95, passed away September 5, 2010. Alice was born July 29, 1915 in Iona, Oklahoma to Henry and Virginia Rose.
Alice attended Capitol Hill Baptist Church. She loved the Lord and was very protective of her family whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed shopping, and doing yard work, gardening and taking care of her flowers. Alice was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
She was preceded in death by:
• Her parents, Henry and Virginia Rose;
• Her husband, James Talley;
• Son, Talmadge Talley;
• Granddaughters, Robin and Deborah Gentry;
• Stepfather, John P. Brownlee;
• Brothers, Buck Rose, Dan Rose, and Rev. J.P. Brownlee;
• And her second husband, Vernon Perry.
Survivors include:
• Her children, Truman Talley and wife Mary, Sharon Gentry and husband Earl;
• Daughter-in-law, Peggy Talley Noak;
• Brothers, Glen Brownlee and Bobby Joe Brownlee;
• 7 grandchildren, Tab Talley, Dale Talley, Brian Talley, Dianne McGee, Tammie Brown, Troy Gentry and wife Carrie, and Todd Gentry;
