Robert E. Borg II, passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2005 at the age of 61, after a courageous fight with COPD and heart disease. While not wealthy in material possessions, he was rich in love and generous in spirit. Bob was born on November 27, 1943 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Robert E. Borg and Mary Baldwin Borg. Bob moved to San Antonio with his parents as a child and he lived here his entire life. Bob worked as a cab driver for Yellow Cab Company for many years and then for Texas Towing as a dispatcher for the past 10 years. A visitation was held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, April 11, 2005 at Colonial Chapel Hill Funeral Home with a Chapel Service at 3:00 P.M. Interment followed at Colonial Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
