She was born January 5, 1927 in Isabel to Roy and Elsie (Scrogin) Banks. On May 12, 1944, she married John Rinke in Newton.

She is survived by her sons, John (Jayne) Rinke of Claremore, Oklahoma, Robert Rinke of Wichita, Danny (Lori) Rinke of Bristow, Oklahoma; daughters, Connie Jason of Wichita and Becky Smith of Bristow, Oklahoma; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.

Willa is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John; and daughters, Sharon Dodson and Nancy Wonder.
