Archie Keith Dillard, Windsor Ave., Bristol, Tenn. died Friday, July 13, 1990 in Bristol Regional Medical Center.
He was a native of Bristol, attended Fellowship Chapel and was a member of Shelby Masonic Lodge 162. He was a member of the Watauga Valley Art Association, and won several awards for his art displays with one piece being displayed at the White House.
Survivors include his wife, Dr.Geneva Hammond Dillard; one daughter, Mrs. Mirdeath (LaVerne) Wiley, Piney Flats; two sons, Keith Dillard, Kingsport and Mark Dillard, Bristol, Tennessee. Two grandchildren Kami Wiley and Joshua Wiley.
His parents James and Lena Dillard, Bristol; six brothers, Bob Dillard, Toledo, Ohio, Harry Dillard, Yakima,Wash., Kenneth Dillard, Spannaway, Wash., Randall Dillard, West Mifflin, Pa., Danny Dillard of Warner Robins, Ga., and Wayne Dillard, Bowie, Md., three sisters, Shirley Frye, Greensburg, Pa., Linda Leonard and Debbie Dillard, both of Bristol, Virginia and several nieces and nephews.
Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday at Fellowship Chapel with Rev.Walter Statzer officiating.
Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Don Frye, John Hammond, Larry Lovegrove, Jim Murray, Kenneth Leonard, and Dillard's brothers.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mirdeath Wiley, Harmon Dillard, Larry Dillard, Jessee Dillard and Clarence Kegley. The family will receive friends 7--8:30p.m., Monday at Weaver Funeral Home. A Masonic memorial service will be conducted at 8:30 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel.
