Delbert Oliver Archer of Renton died April 3, 2004, at Eastside Group Health in Redmond. He was 87.
Born Dec. 3, 1916, in Ohiowa, Neb., he served in the Army during World War II and lived in Renton for 40 years.
Mr. Archer worked as a machinist at The Boeing Co. He was a member of the United Christian Church and the Kennydale Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife, Leota Alice Archer of Renton; sons Dennis Archer and Larry Archer; daughter Alice Kay Archer; brothers Lyle Archer and Claire Archer; sister Alice Reimer; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Greenwood Funeral Home in Renton. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Greenwood Memorial Park in Renton.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at United Christian Church in Renton.
Memorials may be made to the Northwest Lions Foundation for Sight and Hearing, Kennydale Lions, P. O. Box 2153, Renton, WA 98056.
