home in Hannibal. She was born in
Sterling in 1858, daughter of the
late Edwin and Mary Rice. She was
married three times, to Livingston

Hawley, all deceased. She was a devout
member of the Hannibal
church and active for years in its
history. The funeral was held Tuesday
afternoon at 2 o'clock from her
late home with interment in Hannibal
cemetery, Rev. Paul E. Merritt,
assisted by Rev. F. W. McDermott,
officiating.
