This name was originally entered in this cemetery back in 2009. It was deleted June 2018 due to uncertainty of location since his TXDC says Caddo Cemetery, Rosebud, Texas. Rosebud is in Falls Co. It appears a cemetery by same name was created just to enter his name, no others entered for it. Not sure which is correct thus I have re-entered it here again. The TXDC's are confusing since it says he was a life long resident of Rosebud with a Rt #2 Rosebud address which he died at .. but it gives Milam as county, not Falls where Rosebud is located. It also says he was born in "Roberson" Co (Robertson?). There seems to be errors in data. --- it should be noted his father is buried here in THIS Caddo Cemetery.

- He married on 27 Dec 1910, Milam Co, Texas.

- father: Jacob Smilie
- mother: Mollie Scroggins
Per marriage record, his parents married 10 Oct 1881, Milam Co, Texas, this however cannot be correct since they were in the 1880 Milam Co census and were already married with children. Assumption is made the document was incorrectly transcribed for online use.
