Dorothea Knowlton, of Lake Placid, died Tuesday afternoon, June 5, 201, in the companionship of her loving family. Her parents were Edna Stewart and Freeman LaCrosse.
Dorothea served as the police clerk for the twn of Medford for many years.
She will be interred alongside her husband, Alvin R. Knowlton, at the Sarasota National Cemetery.
