Bradford Winslow Drake was a beloved Waltham educator, he was the Principal of North Grammar School from 1879-1920 and North Junior High School from 1920-1923 before retiring. He was a founder of the Waltham Educational Society, a former president of the Waltham Teaching Association, a member of the Prospect Lodge Free Masons and a deacon of the Congregational Church. He was survived by three sons and two daughters.
