Houston- Reita McGregor Baird,72, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born November 01, 1945 in Vardaman, MS to the late William Lewis McGregor and Argie Margaret Dye McGregor. She was a homemaker and a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
Services will be Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Parkway Baptist Church in Houston with Bro. Randy Rinehart and Bro. Kevin Marsh officiating. Burial will be in Houston Cemetery. Memorial Funeral Home of Houston is in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband Douglas Baird of Houston, MS; a daughter, Emily Makamson (Ricky) of Houston; two sons, Brad Baird (Julie) of Chattanooga, TN, and Lance Baird (Candi) of Saltillo, MS; six grandchildren, Haley Makamson of Houston, MS, Landon Baird of Saltillo, MS, Rilley Baird of Saltillo, MS, Jonathan Clayton of Saltillo, MS, Connor Baird of Chattanooga, TN and Marlee Baird of Chattanooga, TN; a brother, Robert Earl McGregor of Vardaman, MS; two sisters, Mary Griffin of Houston, MS and Betty Weeks of Houston, MS.
Pallbearers will be Brad Baird, Lance Baird, Ricky Makamson, Clark Sexton, Earl McGregor and Levi Womack.
