Lucille F. Skeels, age 99, passed away on Dec. 4th. She was a lifelong resident of Elgin, born April 21, 1916 to Charles and Anna Lindoerfer. She is survived by a daughter Jean Voss of Dundee, Il., her husband Tom and 3 grandchildren, Julie Voss of Lake Placid, NY, Diane Voss of West Palm Beach, FL., Richard Voss of Oak Park, Il., his wife Cara and daughter Hallie. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Lois Lindoerfer of Geneva, Il. and many fond nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband John Skeels, 2 sisters and 7 brothers. Burial will be private with a Celebration of Life at The Greens in Elgin on Dec. 22nd from 2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. Everyone interested in reminiscing about Lucille is cordially invited.
