DUMAS - (HC) - Percy James Pronger, 91, died at 4:30 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital in Dumas. Mr. Pronger had been a resident of Stratford and Sherman County for 58 years.
Services will be conducted in the First Methodist Church of Stratford Monday at 10 a.m. Officiating will be Rev. R.T. Dyess, pastor. Burial will follow under the direction of Boxwell Brothers.
Mr. Pronger was a member of the Panhandle Hereford Breeders Association and a former president of the organization.
Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Ethel Nichol of San Pedro, Calif.; three nieces and two nephews.
