Loretta Loy Rahm, age 80, of Marshall and formerly of Carrollton, died Friday, June 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, where visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19.

Burial will follow Wednesday’s services at Ridge Park Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the Buddy Pack Food Pantry or Marshall Senior Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Julie Wolfe and husband, Mark, of Marshall; two sons, Dudley Thomas and wife, Pam, of Shawnee, KS, and Steven Thomas and wife, Joyce, of Kansas City; two stepsons, Kirk Rahm and David Rahm; five grandchildren: Laura Hains, Lisa Thomas, Shelby Defreece, Brittany Gonser and David Thomas; one great-grandson, Corbin Hains; one brother, Howard Springer; one sister, Lucille Pricer; as well as nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Louis Springer and Louise Posey Springer; and her husband, Jim; she was preceded in death by one sister, Loise Harvey.

Loretta Loy Rahm, 80, of Marshall, MO, formerly of Carrollton, died Friday, June 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow in Ridge Park Cemetery. Born January 18, 1938, in Conroe, TX, Loretta was the daughter of the late Louis Springer and Louise Posey Springer. She moved with her family to Carrollton, MO, where she graduated from Carrollton High School and then married David Thomas of Carrollton. Loretta was a homemaker and had a career as a bank teller for Carroll County Trust Company. Later marrying James Rahm, she and Jim shared interests in hunting, horses, cattle, and farm life. Loretta was a talented artist and best known for her love of gardening and her witty personality.
