Still searching for her death info, believed to be around 1891 and place of death probably in or around Fayette County Georgia as well. Most likely buried next to her husband Miles, as there was a headstone there a long time ago with the initials P F Smith, no headstone found now.

There is a LARGE tree up against Miles grave and I remember there was once one there for Permelia, I believe the tree possibly over grew it. Last time I was there I tried poking around the tree to no avail.

Several of their children are also buried there, one being my grandfather
