Survivors include: Wife, Katrina Springs; Sons & Daughter-in-law, Donald R. Pendley Jr. & wife Cindy and Derrick L. Pendley & wife Marisol; Grandchildren, Haven Pendley, Summer Pendley, and Zack Pendley; Sister, Beverly Clark; Nieces and Nephews, Stephanie Paul, Michelle Reagan, and Brandon Clark.
