Gary Van Adair, 69, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Booneville, Arkansas. He was born February 22, 1949 in Booneville, Arkansas to the late Jeff and Bernice (Wells) Adair.

Gary Van was a Backhoe and Dozer Operator for several years. He loved fishing and hunting, collecting knives, gardening, raising his chickens, and above all, helping people.

He is preceded by his wife, Vonda Hastings; his parents before mentioned and 15 brothers and sisters.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Friday, June 15, 2018 at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday evening at Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by two daughters, Leslie Ward of Danville, Arkansas and April McLean (Tommy) of Booneville; one sister, Sue Weaver of Booneville; three brothers, Clyde Adair of Booneville, Marlin Adair of Sugar Grove and Bobby Adair of Sugar Grove; three grandchildren, Nicki, Samuel and Michael; three grand dogs, Cooper, Big and Little; other relatives and many friends.
