Noel V. Bratcher, 70, of 4484 Airview Drive, died Friday at Highlands Baptist Hospital. He was a native of Leitchfield, a retired printer at the Masonic Home Journal and a member of East Audubon Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Linda Buchanan; a son, Robert D. Bratcher; a sister, Mrs. Ruth Layman; and six grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
