William G. Fallon Sr., 74, of 309 Goodrich Ave., died yesterday at home. Born in Kingston, he came to Syracuse from New York City in March, 1931, as sales promotion manager for Blue Coal Corp. He was a communicant of the Church of St. Therese and a member of-its Holy Name Society.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Grace Meehan Fallon; one son, Dr. William G. Fallon; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Naughton of New Milford, N.J., and Mrs. Patricia Head of Rochester; two sisters, Mrs. Molly Bozzo and Miss Anna Fallon, both of New York City; a brother, Edmond Fallon, Jackson Heights; 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Garfield Funeral Home and at 10:30 a.m. in the Church of St. Therese, where a Mass of requiem will be offered. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
