Funeral services for Grady Earl "Jiggs" Boney, 89, of Needham will be Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 12 Noon at Needham Assembly of God with Rev. Randy Satcher and Rev. Jimmy Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the New Lusk Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation will be at Needham Assembly of God, Thursday from 10:00 A.M. until service time.

Mr. Boney passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Bedford Care Center in Marion, Mississippi. He was born January 2, 1929 in Needham, Alabama. He was a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran.

Survivors include his children Randy Boney (Linda) of Quitman, MS; Joe Boney (Vickie) of Prattville, AL; Tim Boney (Diana) of Needham, AL; Liz Satcher (Randy) of Stonewall, MS; grandchildren Joey Boney (Charity), Timm Boney, Britni Boney, Amanda Satcher, Candace Carlock (Colby), Josh Satcher (Sarah), and Amber Boney; great grandchildren Hope Boney, Ryan Carlock, Braxton Carlock, Sadie Boney, Tanner Boney, Harper Carlock, and Abigail Satcher; and brother James Roy Boney

Preceded in death by his parents Rufus Albert Boney and Miriam Wright Boney; wife Miriam Broadhead Boney; grandchildren Jessica Satcher and Hannah Boney; by 2 brothers and 5 sisters.

Pallbearers: Timm Boney, Joey Boney, Josh Satcher, Colby Carlock, Kevin Kelly, and Danny Brunner.
