He married Eva Jean Wiley on March 31, 1955. He was self-employed in the oil field as a hydraulic engineer. He owned French Service Company until his retirement in 1984.
James has three children and their spouses, Jamie and Robert Adamson, Jack and Barbara Gravitt and Mat and Rhonda French, all of OKC. He took great pride in his eight grandsons, Chris Adamson, Jamie Adamson, Daniel Adamson, Andrew Adamson, Joe Gravitt, Mike Gravitt, Doug Gravitt and Jerad Gravitt. He is survived by two sisters, Bertha Simpson, Wewoka, Ok. and Jean Robinson, Tulsa, Ok.
James Albert was a loving, caring man who was a devoted father, husband and friend.

A celebration of his life will be held for his friends and family at Capitol Hill Funeral Home Chapel, on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 1995. Interment will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
