Edward J. Bahr, of Wausau, WI was 79 years of age when he passed away on Monday, May 28, 2018 at Ascension St. Clare’s Hospital, Weston, WI. He is preceded in death by his life partner, David Jacobson.
Ed was the son of the late Edward and Catherine (Wibben) Bahr. He was previously employed with the State of Wisconsin Civil Service, Lutheran Social Services and Eastbay. He was a past president of Local AFSME #584.
From 1962-1964, he proudly served his country in the US Army being stationed at the White Sands Missile Range and in the Artic. Ed attained the rank of SP5.
