Mrs. Lillie Ford, 73 years old, died at her home Monday night at 8 o'clock, 15½ miles northeast of Hiawatha. She is survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. T. W. VanDeventer, of Mound City, Mo., Mrs. Wesley Duncan, of White Cloud, Mrs. Clark Noble, of Bonner Springs, Kans.; a son, Caral, of the home; 23 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Dennis Watts, of Leavenworth, Fred Watts, of Parsons; a sister, Mrs. Anna Bagwell, of Chandler, Okla. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home. Rev. N. J. Adams will officiate. Burial in Pleasant Hill cemetery at Mt. Zion.
