Daughter of William Hellyer & Louisa Rhame; wife of John Harold Bell, married March 27, 1922 at Kenilworth, Ontario.

Obituary - Mrs. Harold Bell, a life-long resident of the Arthur district, died last Friday at Groves Hospital, Fergus, at the age of 64. The former Annie Isobel Hellyer, she was born in Arthur Township, Dec. 15, 1904, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Hellyer. After her marriage March 23, 1923, she moved with her husband to a farm in Peel Township. Last summer they retired and moved to Arthur. Mrs. Bell was a member of the United Church and of Wellington Chapter No. 67, Order of the Eastern Star. Surviving besides her husband, are two sons, Bruce of Dearborn, Mich., and Ralph of Arthur; 11 daughters, Mrs. John (Glenda) Dundas, London, Ont., Mrs. Glen (Violet) Prentice, Mrs. Maurice (Shirley) Shaw, Mrs. Kenneth (Edna) Hutchison, Mrs. Murrell (Joyce) Kelley, all of Arthur, Mrs. Patrick (Ruby) Shea of Hespeler, Mrs. Donald (Nora) McQueen of Waterloo, Mrs. Lloyd (Mildred) Rogers of Elora, Mrs. Melvin (Laura) Hoffman, Mount Forest and Mrs. Maurice (Marjory) Dowdall and Peggy, both of Kitchener; one sister, Mrs. William (Mary) Hadland, Baden; 44 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by one son, Nelson. Funeral Service was conducted at the Goulding Funeral Home on Monday. Rev. A.F. Gardner officiating. Burial was in Belsyde Cemetery, Fergus.
