Passed away at Midland Hospice in Topeka. Born at Waterville, Marshall Co. KS the son of Wilhelm Isaac and Viola Commel Rosebaugh. He graduated from Waterville High School in 1943, enlisted in the Navy Nov 1943 and later transferred Navy Seebees. Served in the Pacific Theatre, last assignment was Guam. He married Margaret Elaine Tommer in Providence RI June 1, 1944, following his tour of duty they made their home in Topeka where he worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber for 39 years.
