Mrs. Lucetta Farnworth, 69, wife of Joseph Farnworth, Sr., died yesterday morning at her home in South Bountiful, after a lingering illness of heart disease.
Mrs. Farnworth was born in Switzerland February 27, 1862, but moved to South Bountiful thirteen years ago. Her family and other relatives purchased land from the Burnhams in the extreme south-western part of South Bountiful, where they made their home and which was later organized into a drainage district.
Beside her husband, she is survived by a son, Joseph Farnworth, Jr., of South Bountiful and four brothers and sisters: Mrs. Alice Farnworth, Albert and Robert Thalmann of South Bountiful, and Mrs. Annie Hunter, Salt Lake.
Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the South Bountiful ward chapel. Interment will be in the Bountiful Cemetery.
