Charles Abercrombie passed away at his home at the Garden Farms on Saturday morning. Mr. Abercrombie lost his wife and twin babies some time ago and has brooded over his sorrow until death came to relieve him. He leaves a father and mother to mourn him. Interment was in the Santa Margarita Cemetery where his wife and babies are buried. A pathetic incident happened here when he responded so nobly in cleaning up the cemetery and helped with pick and shovel. He paused and said, "All I had in the world is lying here". Let us hope he has joined them in that better world where there is no sorrow.
