Williamsport -- PERCY LEE BLACKWELL, 65, of 31 W. Church St., died Saturday at the Washington County Hospital. He was born in Roanoke, Va., the son of Virgil L. and Alda Palmer Blackwell.

He was employed with the Larstan Industries. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church. She was a charter member of the Williamsport Ambulance Club, a member of the Williamsport Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. and the Conococheague Tribe No. 84 IORM. He held the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts of America.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Patt? Wood Blackwell; two daughters, Mrs. Patricia A. Grimes and Mrs. Sandra Lee Durboraw, both of Williamsport; sister, Mrs. Clara Morrisette, Monaco, Pa.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were held at the Osborne Funeral Home. Burial was in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
