Carol Ann Raymond, 67, of Kalkaska, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018. Carol was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin to the late Norman and Olive (Charbonneau) Schmidt. She spent much of her time reading the Bible, doing word searches and enjoying vegetable and flower gardening. Her family was her world. Carol is survived by her son George (Christina) Raymond, six grandchildren, siblings: Mary Lou (Howard) Emmert, Rose (Ole) Dunham, Jerry (Cheri) Schmidt, sister-in-law Rita Schmidt. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings: Sally (John) Peters, Linda (Gordan) Rhoat, Roy Schmidt, Bonnie Long, and Cindy (Roy) Shanks. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kalkaska Funeral Home.
