James Clyde ODonnell, 84, of Parkersburg, passed away May 7, 2018 at his residence.
James was born July 9, 1933 in Elizabeth, WV to Dwight Dallas and Minnie McClung ODonnell.
He worked for Parmaco as a Machinist and retired in 1992.
James married Shirley Louise Goodwin; she passed away in 2008. He enjoyed building model trains, fixing things and working with tools. He loved riding his gold wing motorcycle, with his wife, Shirley and traveling.
James will be deeply missed by his son, David Eugene ODonnell of Parkersburg; a sister -in-law, Lourdes Goodwin; son-in-law Mike Williamson, grandchildren Shannon (Jesse) Day, Chad Williamson, Dawn Williamson (Will Lockhart) and Jason ODonnell; great-grandchildren Victor Adams, Shilah Madison, Jessy and Holly Day, Aiden Williamson, Courtney (Carl) Cossin, McKayla Lockhart, Abby ODonnell and Dalton and Lillian ODonnell; great-great granddaughter Carliegh Cossin; brother Gerry ODonnell of CA; sister-in-laws Deloris Boyce and Penny ODonnell of Belpre, OH.
James was preceded in death by his parents, son James Clyde ODonnell Jr.; daughter Deborah Louise ODonnell Williamson; grandson Ryan D. ODonnell; brother Paul ODonnell; sisters Lenoir (Gene) Snyder and Jannett ODonnell; brother-in-law William Sherm Goodwin.
