Sac and Fox Tribal member Sandra K Massey passed away May 7, 2018. She was born on September 22, 1963 to Henrietta Scott Massey and Ray Leo Massey. Sandra worked most of her life for the Sac and Fox Nation. First as editor for the Sac and Fox News and then as the NAGPRA/Historic Preservation Officer. She had a lifelong interest in journalism, history, and cultural preservation.
Traditional funeral services will be held Thursday evening and Friday morning at the old Scott home place on Eseco Rd. east of Hwy99. Graveside services will follow at 11 AM at Euchee Valley Cemetery.
