She attended local schools and graduated from Plymouth High School. Carol was then married to Charles Lex. She was a nurse’s aid at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home for many years, until her retirement. Carol enjoyed gardening, reading, crossword puzzles and loved her cats. She was also an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Bucks fan.
Survivors include her three children, William Lex, Maureen Lex and Laura (John Gilipsky) Lex, all of Sheboygan; four grandchildren, James Lex, Maxwell Gilipsky, Maria Gilipsky and Mitchell Gilipsky; a sister, Marjory (Dave) Lyford, of Madison; and her two brothers, John Bemis, of Menominee Falls, and Clarence (Diane) Bemis, of Wausau, WI. She is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
In accordance to the family’s wishes a private memorial service will be held.
