Margie An Kirkpatrick, 76, of Inez, Texas passed away on April 30, 2018. She was born November 14, 1941 in Hopkins County, Texas to the late LeRoy and Manah Larue Lunsford. Margie was a wife to the late Ralph Dewey Kirkpatrick for 52 years. Survivors include sons, Ralph David Kirkpatrick and wife, Carol Atkinson Kirkpatrick of Dallas, Donald Ray Kirkpatrick and wife, Susan Kirkpatrick of Inez, Ronald Wayne Kirkpatrick and wife, DeElla Kirkpatrick of Dallas, Roy Clyde Kirkpatrick and wife, Kelly Kirkpatrick of Victoria, and brother, Donald Lunsford of Orange. Margie also leaves behind 15 grandchildren, Nicole Horelka of Inez, Texas; Kasie Kirkpatrick of Washington, D.C.; Toby Kirkpatrick of Inez, Texas; Ashley Wrobliski of Victoria, Texas; Tyler Kirkpatrick of Victoria, Texas; Gage Kirkpatrick of Victoria, Texas; Rachel Howard of Euless, Texas; John Norwood of Arlington, Texas; Joseph Wesson of Orange, Texas; William Wesson of Arlington, Texas; Sarah Kirkpatrick of Irving, Texas; Nicole Litzinger of Plano, Texas; Russell Litzinger of Denton, Texas; Frederick Crowley of Vista, California; Cherissa Percival of West Valley City, Utah; 14 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Margie is preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Lunsford. In addition to being a good mother and a friend to everyone, Margie was an avid reader, a poet, a talented painter and a Texas Hold 'em champion. A time of visitation will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at the Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at the Rosewood Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Friday, May 4, 2018, at the Sulphur Springs City Cemetery in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Honorary pallbearers will be David Kirkpatrick, Donald Kirkpatrick, Ronald Kirkpatrick, Roy Kirkpatrick, Robert Lunsford and Richard Kirkpatrick.
