Cheyenne was born in Anderson, and was a lifelong Madison County resident. He was employed in the construction business.

He was a member of New Hope Christian Church. He attended Pendleton Heights High School and was an avid Colts fan.

Survivors include father and stepmother, Warren Lee and Barbara Miller of Alexandria; mother and stepfather, Patty (Himelick) and Max Smith of Summitville; paternal grandmother, Mary Branum of Elwood; three children, Jarod Miller, Kendall Miller and Shyla Miller; six siblings, Brian Miller of Anderson, Angie Miller of Scottsburg, Lindsey Smith of Anderson, Lori Smith of Charleston, S.C., Daniel Rigney of Anderson and Carlos Sauri of Anderson; many nieces and nephews, cousins, and aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Don and Joan Himelick; and paternal grandfather, Norman Miller.
