Joan C. Koslosky was born June 3, 1940, in Greensburg, a daughter of Stephen and Anna Koslosky.
Joan married Michael Ridilla, and they became the parents of three daughters and one son.
She worked for Westinghouse in Youngwood until retirement. Joan was the owner of Ridilla Nursery and looked forward to the Christmas season each year, and helping area families select the perfect tree.
At the age of 77, Joan C. (Koslosky) Ridilla, of Latrobe (Unity Township), died Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, in Family Hospice, Pittsburgh.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael P. Ridilla, in 2005; and an infant brother.
She was survived by four children, Michelle Ann Fiesta and her husband, Michael, of Mt. Pleasant, Melanie Rose Felice and her husband, Patrick, of Latrobe, Michael Andre Ridilla, of Latrobe, and Rebecca Joan Shaffer and her husband, Clinton, of Latrobe; seven grandchildren, Emily Shaffer, Maria Hann and her husband, Trevor, Nicholas Shaffer, Paul Fiesta, and Skyler, Cassidy, and Patrick Felice; one great-grandson, Roman; and loving dog and constant companion, Chloe.

A funeral service was held with the Rev. Clark R. Kerr officiating.
