Born the fourth child of Golda Brinkerhoff & Webster Adair. He attended schools in Orderville and graduated from Valley High. After high school he worked in Salt Lake City then moved to Vegas where he met & married Linda Thomas. They are the parents of one son, Christopher Shane. They were later divorced. Neil was the proud grandfather of two, Johanna & Christopher James and he had two great grandchildren. He dearly loved his grandchildren and his nieces & nephews. All children had a special place in his big heart.

After living and working in Vegas for years, he bought Tod's Store where he loved the people and their children on Cedar Mountain. Haylei Kersey had a special place in his heart and life..

After selling Tod's he went to work in the Kane County Recorder's Office. Due to his illness (cancer) he retired from there in 2017, leaving behind many friends and coworkers. he enjoyed the work and helping people locate their property.

He is survived by his son Christopher, dau-in-law Blanca, their children and grandchildren and his siblings, Wilda (Weston) Ball, Wayne (Jackie), Cheryl and Brad (Donna) and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, please do an act of kindness or a good deed in honor of Neil, who was always willing to help all people.

Services held in Orderville 1st Ward Chapel Apr. 28. Arrangements made with Mosdell Mortuary of Kanab.
