Francis M. Dolan, Veteran WWII, Korea, Vietnam War. Passed away in his sleep peacefully. He was born March 10, 1928 in Seattle, Wash. to parents Martin and Geneive Dolan.
Frank as he liked to be called was a high achiever. He was a Boy Scout and made it to life rank.
He joined the Army at 17. By 18 he was the youngest Staff Sergeant in the 8th Army. He obtained WWII Victory Medal and the Occupation Medal of Japan.
Dolan joined the U.S. Air Force and was decorated in the Korean and Vietnam War. He retired with 20 years as Staff Sergeant. He was a Flight Engineer Instructor with the 63rd out of Norton AFB.
He graduated from the University of Redlands with honors while working for BofA. He went to work for Church is Alive and Campus Crusade for Christ. He liked to walk his dog Sam and write poems.
He is survived by Steven Dolan, Bob Carlson and Amy Andrews.
