Lucy Vivian Brooks, 76, of Tifton died Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00 am in Paulk's Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Doug Walls officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 6-8 pm at Albritton Funeral Directors in the chapel.

Miss Brooks was born on October 05, 1940 in Worth County Georgia to the late John Henry and Elizabeth Gay Brooks. She was a member of New Hope Holiness Baptist Church. Miss Brooks loved riding around, shopping, going to church, getting her hair and nails done, visiting with her family and friends and she especially loved listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her two brothers, Commer Lee Brooks and Edward Brooks and one niece Lavern Brooks.

The family would like to say a special "Thank you" to the nurses of Diversified Enterprises of Tifton, Brandi, Mary, Brooke, Heather, Linda and Dixie, and to the staff, Veronica, Francine, Felicia, Leona, Erma, Mary, Ayanna and many others involved in the care of Miss Lucy.
