Wilber Dean Fawbush, Sr., 70, died at 11:15 PM Thursday [Jan. 9, 1969] in Lafayette Home Hospital. He had been in failing health two years and was admitted to the hospital three hours prior to his death. Born at Montmorenci, he had lived in Lafayette his entire life. Mr. Fawbush was a retired construction worker. Surviving are a son, Frank A. Fawbush; a sister, Mrs. Andrew [Alice] Bischoff of Michigan City; and four granddaughters.
